**Entrance Fee Payment Schedule:
GST portion due at purchase; $5,000.00 one year from purchase, $5,000.00 second year and the final $5,000 the third year from purchase.

Please be aware that on August 28, 2008 the shareholders of our Club voted in favor of implementing a new long range plan for the Glendale Golf & Country Club.  This plan will see the Club spend $7,000,000 from the winter of 2008 to the spring of 2014 on the golf course and in the clubhouse. The funding for this project will be through bank financing AND an assessment to the shareholders of $100/month from September, 2008 to at least August, 2014 and potentially to August, 2015.  For more information on the project, please see our Long Range Plan tab on our Home Page.
