Guidelines

Any sponsored on-course food and beverage for the tournament must be coordinated through our Tournament contact Greg McGarry.

A $1,000.00 deposit is due upon confirming your tournament date. Deposit is non-refundable and will be applied against your final bill.

In the spirit of operating one of the finest golf courses in Canada the Glendale has a strict dress code, which does not permit blue jeans in the Clubhouse or on the Golf Course. As the organizer you will be expected to convey this expectation to your participants. Any person not complying with the dress code will not be permitted entry to the Clubhouse or access to the golf course.

The Glendale Golf & Country Club is a "spikeless" golf course. Accordingly, all of the players in your tournament will be required to wear spikeless or soft spike golf shoes. Could you please ensure that you advise all participants of this requirement. The Glendale Pro Shop does presently have facilities to change golf shoes from spikes to soft spike; however, due to day to day time constraints we cannot guarantee the availability of that service. If a participant does not have spikeless shoes he or she will not be permitted to play.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call me at 447-3529.
