The Glendale is a challenging course with many of our holes being defined by trees, bunkers and water. A driver is not always the play of the tee as position is definitely a consideration to ensure a good angle into the greens that many agree are the quickest in the City. With three of the par fives being reachable in two a good score on these holes is a must as a stroke or two is usually relinquished on the long par threes. The recently redesigned par five seventeen has quickly become the signature hole of the golf course.

A club decision off the tee must be made – with consideration being given to a down hill lie if a driver isn’t perfectly hit. The green is guarded by traps and water making a long second shot treacherous. The three-tiered green gives many pin locations, some of which will definitely require a lay-up on the second shot. The Glendale will challenge all aspects of your game, requiring at least one shot from each club in your bag.
