Thank you Amber for the feedback from the wedding, I'm happy that your staff were also able to enjoy the evening, they were all very polite and helpful. We have only rave reviews for the Glendale!!! The wedding was such fun!! Arriving Saturday afternoon the dining room looked so elegant with the white table linens and chairs and the view against the backdrop of the golf course. Thank you for all your help Amber in the planning of this wedding, your advice along the way was very appreciated.
Stacey did and excellent job during the day, Kyle also commented on how approachable and helpful she was. When Wes and I arrived in the afternoon she was charging the i-pod in her vehicle because it was dead, that was very thoughtful of her. The food was EXCELLENT many, many comments on the food from our guests, and also the Glendale itself, guests commented on how well laid out it was the bathrooms were not to far away the bar was close and the deck was used, with the large windows people could be inside and out and still feel part of the crowd.
Once again Amber thank you, and your staff for everything!!!

It was such a perfect day and it was great feeling so comfortable that everything was being taken care of by you and your team. Amber, you were absolutely amazing.
When we arrived at the Glendale on the day of our wedding, I was just in awe of what you'd done with the place. You did everything we asked and much more! It looked amazing, the atmosphere was perfect and our guests were absolutely stunned. I had so many people commenting on the venue, the service, the food (which was to die for), the weather (how did you do THAT, by the way? Have you got connections? Can you arrange a lottery win?), and every little detail. You did an amazing job and the day was as stress-free as the planning with you was. The peace of mind was such a precious gift you gave us, and James was as happy as I was.
Please pass on the message to your staff that we thought they were wonderful - friendly, polite and professional. Even the members of the club were a joy to encounter in the locker room. They were so excited for us! You know, I really could not have imagined a better day, and it was entirely because of you.

We just wanted to let you know that we were so pleased with your staff and facilities. Amber as we had said you were fantastic and we were not one bit stressed about the details for the wedding. Your staff were very accommodating, professional and just plain fantastic! The food prepared by the kitchen was fabulous, we got compliments from everyone (coming from a family with a chef they are big critics!) So please pass that on to your staff and to the kitchen, we did get in there to thank the kitchen staff, but the head chef had already left. I will try to get a card out here in the near future for your staff. There were also comments on the grounds and the facility in itself, everyone was just in awe! So it was a perfect day, if not a bit hot, but the clouds came in at just the right time!

We had our Christmas Party there on Saturday and I just want to make sure you know how impressed we were with everything Amber did. From the co-ordination with our staff, to the meal, the incredible ambiance, etc., we were very happy with every aspect with the event. Just a quick note to let you know how impressed we were with the service and facility last week. We brought in all of our general managers from across the country for three days of meetings and the Glendale really shined for us. The view is always exceptional and the staff exceeded all expectations. Brad, Amber, Shelia, Stacey and the rest of the group made our meeting a pleasant experience for us all. The food that was served was second to none. Based on our consumption of food last week then entire group is dieting this week!
Most of the management team wanted to know if we would be coming back next year. The golfers in the group wanted to know why I had not brought them there for some golf before this session...that will have to take place in 2007.
You've done a nice job of having people on staff that really care about the customers experience...our thanks to you and the group for such a welcoming and successful event.

Neil and I just wanted to thank you for helping to provide us with the wedding of a lifetime! The Glendale was definitely all we could have asked for and more! We appreciate everything that you did personally to ensure that it all came together. We loved how you had arranged our table settings and how everything looked. It was great knowing that you were on top of anything that went wrong, though I can't think of anything that did. Apparently my family and friends are still talking about. I'm hoping they'll still want to when we get home at Christmas and can share in it all with them again. Moving right after the wedding meant we didn't get a lot of re-hash time, but from all the emails we are getting, everyone had a fabulous time. We even got the most perfect weather.
