Whether it is a corporate tournament, a family reunion, or your wedding day, our team of club professionals will ensure every aspect of your event meets the Glendale’s standards for high-quality products and services. We strive to deliver exceptional experiences that will leave lasting impressions.

Located on Horseshoe Lake in northwest Edmonton, the clubhouse offers stunning views of the lake and our award-winning course. Floor-to-ceiling windows in all clubhouse event spaces provide the perfect background for your celebration.

Our function rooms can be set to seat anywhere from 2 to 250 depending on the room variations and the season. Please review the different areas we have by clicking on the links to the left.

Function Rooms


North Lounge

The North Lounge is created by opening the dividing wall between the Center Lounge and the North Lounge which will then accommodate seating for up to 160 people. The banquet style room overlooks the golf course and has direct access to our second story deck which has tables, chairs and umbrellas at the ready. As you can see from the selection in the menu area we offer a large variety of menus and our friendly service makes this a perfect setting for large celebrations, corporate events, golf tournaments or the wedding of your dreams.

Lakeview Room

Have an anniversary, birthday celebration, or a wedding coming up? The Lakeview Room overlooks Horseshoe Lake and the first hole of our stunning golf course. Seating capacity is 100 people but can be combined with the center dining lounge to accommodate groups up to 160. The Lakeview Room provides the most stylish and flexible setting for a variety of events as it can be used for either cocktail style functions or sit-down dinners. With an optional dance floor and a dedicated bar the Lakeview Room is one of our most versatile rooms.

Fireside Room

With the fantastic view in a quieter and more intimate atmosphere the Fireside Room is the more formal of our rooms and is perfect for a social gathering of up to 60 people or a quiet personal get-together for your closest friends and family. With its ability to be segregated from the rest of the clubhouse with sound proof doors this area is an ideal location for smaller private functions, business meetings and corporate seminars.

Board Room

Conduct your next business meeting outside of the confines of your office. Our Board Room is a perfect setting for a private meeting or a smaller function. The room will sit 12 in a Board room style set up and up to 24 at round tables. Whether you’re hosting staff, clients or colleagues, the Glendale Golf and Country Club will take away the stress of planning your next business meeting, retreat or celebration. The room is outfitted with a screen and a projector that can be hooked up to a laptop for presentation purposes and is also Satellite TV ready.

Winter Function Room

The wall between the Member Lounge and the rest of the Clubhouse can be opened and our capacity increase to 250 people.
